MINDmini is a flexible community-design concept creating one-of-a-kind spaces for children. Shaped by the specific needs of the community to restore dignity, hope, and possibility.
The Philosophy
No two MINDmini spaces look the same. They are designed for the specific children who inhabit them—reflecting their needs, challenging their minds, and reminding them of their inherent worth.
Our first project at the Wayne County Juvenile Detention Facility focuses on youth within the justice system. By transforming their environment, we create spaces that encourage learning, creativity, reflection, and growth.
Basketball Camp with the Detroit Pistons
Investing in youth by revitalizing the basketball program. Providing students with jerseys and Jordans to remind them they are valued both on and off the court.
Cuts & Conversations Cafe
We help adults and youth access meaningful employment, develop workforce skills, and launch small businesses. Our services include career coaching, job placement, vocational ESL, and industry certifications. We also offer small business training, mentorship, resume support, interview prep, and digital skills workshops in partnership with local employers.
